Click on the link below for a current copy of Council Rules. These Rules came into force effective 01 JAN 2005 and were subsequently amended on 31 MAY 2007 and 13 DEC 2007. Council RulesAlthough there are many requirements in the Rules that licensees should be aware of, Rule 7 has mandatory notifications which require them to take action within certain time frames to ensure they are not in breach of a licence condition.
