Disciplinary Cancellations Council will now publish on its website all disciplinary cancellation of licences. These are licences where Council has determined that the licence holder is no longer suitable to hold a licence. This does not include termination of a licence where Council was notified by the former licensee or the insurance agency or firm that the licensee is no longer acting as a licensee, nor will it include automatic suspensions or terminations under Council Rules.
