The Insurance Council of British Columbia's Search Licensee function on its website is now working.
To Search for current licensee information download the Instructions for Searching Licensee
then go to SEARCH LICENSEES.
Information on continuous licensing and annual filings is available at

Upon approval of a licence application a confirmation of licensing is sent to the licensee by
email on the date the licence application is approved. The email includes the licence
effective date, licence class and next filing date. If the licence applicant has not
provided an email address to Council, confirmation will be delivered by Canada Post.
