Annual licence renewal webinar

The Insurance Council will be hosting a set of webinars to help individual licensees understand their annual licence renewal requirements, including the requirements to have met continuing education (CE) and errors and omissions insurance requirements, before they are able to renew their licence.
 
The webinars are eligible for one CE credit and are complimentary, but registration is required. Attendees must attend the full session to receive CE credit and may only claim credit for attending one session. The use of AI assistants attending on behalf of licensees is not permissible and will exclude the licensee from receiving CE credit. The sessions will cover:

  • A brief overview of the annual licence renewal process;
  • A summary of an individual licensee’s licence requirements and annual renewal requirements;
  • A summary of an individual licensee’s CE requirements and guidelines;
  • A summary of an individual licensee’s E&O insurance requirements; and
  • An overview of licensee resources
Space is limited, thus licensees are encouraged to register early. Please only register for the webinar you plan to attend to ensure spaces are available for other registrants. If the webinar you are interested in registering for is full, please note that a recorded session will be available later in March and will be accessible through the online portal until August 6, 2024. Licensees who view the webinar in its entirety will earn one CE credit.
