Nominee Course


The Nominee Course is an overview of nominee requirements and responsibilities under the Insurance Council Rules, provincial legislation, and other regulatory responsibilities.

This course is a prerequisite for new nominees. Nominees have several requirements and responsibilities to fulfill as part of their role and licence requirements to the Insurance Council. The course is intended to help individuals understand the requirements and expectations as a nominee/nominee applicant.

The Nominee Course is delivered in two streams:

 

  1. Nominee Course for Life and/or Accident and Sickness Agents
  2. Nominee Course for General Insurance Agents and Adjusters

Only current licensees (except level 1 salespersons) are eligible for CE credit for this course.
